The Roadsafe Drop Box Kits are application specific and supplied complete to get the job done. These bolt-on kit corrects the geometry of the radius arms on lifted vehicles, whilst only hanging 78mm below the chassis rails. Drop boxes assist in improving caster, and suspension geometry resulting in improved handling, and ride comfort enabling more suspension movement and increased articulation.

Once fitted the drop boxes will:

• Level the radius arm allowing the wheels to better follow the track surface increasing occupant comfort and traction, in addition to solving caster issues associated with suspension lift.
• Eliminate the preload on the rubber bushings permitting for greater flex and longer bushing life.
• Move the front diff forwards approx 10mm, allowing clearance between tyre and guard.
• Space the gearbox crossmember down approx 8mm, improving pinion angles.
• Give a smoother ride due to reduced resistance of suspension components in their natural arc.
