Sinister Offroad expect that you'll be delighted by your online shopping experience.
In the event that an item you purchased does not live up to your expectations,  contact us immediately at sales@sinisteroffroad.com.au with your Name, Phone #, Invoice #, and we will do our best to sort you out.

 

WHAT can be returned?
Any item that has been falsely described and is not fit for purpose.

What can not be returned!

  • Any item that has been damaged during installation
  • Any item that has been modified in any way.
  • Any item that was custom made
  • Items where you simply change your mind.


WHERE do items need to be returned to?
If an item is to be returned,  you will be issued a Return Authority number, along with the return address.

SHIPPING for returns?
Easy Rule of thumb - if it's our fault we'll pay for shipping & if it's your fault you pay for shipping

CREDIT for returns?
You will be offered a store credit or a refund less shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Packing materials?
All returns MUST be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition.
